It was interesting to know that the main character of this book, Crystal, really put the screws to her brother in an earlier story. We don't know a whole heck of lot about her, other than she's a recovering addict and single mother. This could have gone bad very easily. I liked the way the drug use/abuse and recovery was treated. This s*** is real. It's no fun, BUT people can re-build their lives. The fact that both Crystal and Dylan deal with a daily struggle to maintain some sort of sanity really brought them together. The sexy tattoo artist that never meant to stay in town fell hard for the pretty girl. I don't want to be misleading, either. Crystal is so much more than a pretty girl. She faced her demons and makes choices each day to make her life better. An entrepreneur that is only looking to better her child's life, Crystal keeps moving forward. She needs Dylan as much as he needs her. Together, sparks fly and their connection is just what they need to start really living again.I love that Dylan's brother, Ben, will be getting his own book. He's another guy that's been through enough. He deserves a break!

This book spoke a lot to me.. I have family that have this mental illness..And this is one book I am going to tell them to read..
I love this series, love the characters, story line and everything. what can I say. you have to read these series. it is amazing, awesome just wonderful. you will love love them. they capture your attention and bring you right them, into the fold. very good job of writing.
Loved all six of the books before this one. It seemed rushed and both leads had so much bagage that could have made this a great story. But all the past and present had my head spinning and made my head hurt. There were weeks between dates and they never really had to deal with each other's issues. They just put a bow on it and called it love.
Seeing the changes in C as she made her own way is like watching a butterfly emerge. It was hard, fun, challenging and what felt right for her to become independent. Meeting D you saw his harsh reality and the pain plus fear of admitting his illness and daily strides to keep on track. Learning how they work together made this one much more relatable to me as I understand. Go n get yours today

**SPOILER ALERT**
Suffering from bipolar myself, it was nice for someone to explain the condition correctly as a chemical imbalance instead of a person being mental or crazy. Bipolar is a serious condition that can make you jump from being happy one moment and crying the next. With the right regime of medications you can live a well balanced life.
As for Crystal and Dylan, I think they are wonderful couple. I was so glad to see Crystal get herself together and find someone to love. Inked in the Steel City is one of my very favorite series. It's well written and you fall in love with the characters so easily. I am looking forward to Book 8.
